The operator
A corporate Swiss Army knife, and an expert in AI agents.
A CFO, CEO and CSO behind three exits, with American Express and TripAdvisor among the buyers, and three companies in the Financial Times 100 fastest growing. Built mostly in the US and UK, from scratch to a £20 billion valuation. His craft is finance, strategy, go to market, M&A, fundraising and operations, and now the AI that runs them.

Intelligence is now available to everyone. Connecting it to your business takes a human who understands how business actually works.
That is where I come in
Before and after
Same people, same systems. The waiting is what disappears.
Day 8Numbers land on working day eight
→Day 1Read on day one, every morning
A weekA week of copy and paste from four systems
→Same dayDrafts itself the day the month closes
DaysKeyed in by hand, then checked by hand
→MinutesCoded and in the approval queue on arrival
WheneverOne inbox, waits for whoever opens it first
→InstantSorted and answered, a person only when needed
WeeksTen accounts researched a day, the rest guessed
→OvernightHundreds read overnight, shortlist by morning
Hit and missDepends on who remembered
→Every timeEvery lead, on their channel, in your voice
3 monthsThree months to learn where anything is
→Day 1Ask the company, get the answer with its source
LateLate, rushed, or quietly skipped
→On timeDrafted from real work, waiting for the manager
WeeksEvidence gathered in a panic
→A downloadCollected as the work happens, audit is a download
YearlyWritten once, a year out of date
→LiveUpdate the moment the process changes
This is what changes in a 25 to 200 person company once the process itself is wired to AI, not just a chatbot bolted on the side.
What gets built, department by department:
How a build actually runs, from first mapping to handover.
In your meetings, your inbox, your systems. The work gets mapped where it actually happens.
Agents wired into the tools you already run. Nothing ripped out, nothing rebuilt for show.
The first system runs real work, watched by a named owner: me.
Code, agents, accounts, documentation. No lock in by design.
If the work stops, nothing switches off and nothing has to be handed back.

Ways of working
AI Operations, built and run inside your company. The connector between your processes and the depth of AI intelligence available.
I join as your fractional CFO or Chief Strategy Officer, one or two days a week. Twenty years of operations and three exits, owned by name.

The full record
Three exits, three fastest-growing listings, and the finance, IP and AI operations seats behind them. Laid out end to end.
Someone technical who moves into your business and makes the AI work in your world, instead of handing you a roadmap and leaving. I do that job for finance and operations.
One person with AI covers what used to take a small team. You get a single accountable operator instead of a partner, a project manager and two juniors.
No. I take the work nobody wanted off them. Same people, higher value work.
You do. Code, agents, accounts, documentation. No lock-in by design.
A fraction of one senior hire. You get C-suite judgement plus the build, one or two days a week, without the full-time salary, equity or notice period.
The first system is live inside eight weeks. Week one is scoping, and you see working software from the first month, not a slide deck.
Everything runs inside your own accounts and your own stack. Nothing leaves your control, and every agent's output is checked before it touches a real number.
An agency hands you a roadmap and leaves. I do the work, run what I build, and answer for the number it moves. One accountable person, not a rotating team.
Someone technical who moves into your company and builds the AI inside it, instead of advising from outside and leaving you a roadmap.
The first system is live inside eight weeks. Week one is spent in your meetings and your systems, and you see working software in the first month rather than a deck.
No. It takes the repetitive work off them. Same people, higher value work.
You do. Code, agents, accounts, documentation. No lock in by design.
An agency hands over a roadmap. A platform hands over a tool. Neither answers for the number it was supposed to move. This is one named person who does.
