AI coaching for CFOs and finance directors

I do not teach you AI.
We build it together.

Your models, your close, your board pack, your agents. Built in your own systems, in the session, with your hands on the keyboard.

  • Start from anywhere
  • Your stack, not mine
  • You keep everything

Not for you if you want slides, a certificate, or someone to do it while you watch.

All of them, in their own words

You have tried the course.

Drag it across.Same money. Different outcome.

A course

  • Watch someone else's example
  • Generic data, generic answers
  • Finish it, change nothing
  • Nobody knows your ledger
  • You are on your own at 9pm

This

  • We open your actual file
  • Your ledger, your board, your mess
  • Something runs by Friday
  • I have sat in your seat for 20 years
  • Message me when it breaks
Hayat Amin

Nobody here is behind.

Every seat starts somewhere different. None of these is the wrong one.

Never opened one

You have not typed a prompt in your life. Perfect. We start at the ledger.

Playing with it

You paste things into a chat window and hope. We turn that into a system.

Bought the tools

Licences on the P&L, nobody using them. We make one of them earn its keep.

Already building

You have something running and it is fragile. We harden it and go further.

Fifteen things we build.

Pick the one keeping you at your desk. Tap any of them.

I am not here to
do it for you.

Solving your problem is the easy half. The half you are paying for is that you can do it again next quarter without me in the room.

01
We build it once, together

Screen shared, your data, my hands off the keyboard.

02
Then I take it apart

Every step, why it is there, what breaks it, what it costs.

03
You rebuild it without me

Same thing, second time, on your own. That is the test.

04
You teach your team

By the end you are the one in your business who knows.

Hayat Amin at his deskEvery detail, or it is not teaching.

How a session runs.

01You bring the real job

The model that breaks. The close that eats four days.

02We share a screen

It gets built while we talk. Your stack, your data.

03You run it that week

Homework is using the thing we made.

04It stays yours

No licence, no platform. It leaves with you.

What you are holding, and when.

Not a syllabus. Three checkpoints you can hold me to.

Week 1One thing runs without you

We take the job that eats your week and it goes from manual to running. Usually a reconciliation or a report nobody wants to build.

Hours back, week one
Week 4Your board pack builds itself

Ledger, bank and CRM joined. The pack draws from live data and writes its own first-draft commentary. You edit, you do not assemble.

Close down to hours
Week 12You are the one who builds

You have shipped things without me on the call. You can brief, buy and reject AI work on your own judgement, and your team asks you.

The skill, not the tool

Who sits in these seats.

CFO

You have to have a view on AI before the next board meeting.

Finance Director

You are the one who has to make it actually work.

Financial Controller

Close is manual and everyone thinks it is fine.

Finance Manager / FP&A

You want to be the person who built it.

The uncomfortable bit

In two years this stops
being a differentiator.

It becomes the floor. The way Excel did. Nobody gets promoted for it, and everybody without it gets noticed.

The finance chief who briefs it out

  • Waits on a queue for every change
  • Cannot tell a good build from a bad one
  • Signs off tools nobody in finance uses
  • Answers the board with someone else’s number

The one who can build

  • Changes it himself, that afternoon
  • Knows exactly what he is buying
  • Runs a smaller team that ships more
  • Walks into the board with the workings
Hayat Amin speaking

Twenty seconds

Which one is yours?

Three questions. I will tell you which room to sit in, including the cheap one.

Question 1 of 3

Who is going to be in the room?

Three ways in.

Month to month. Stop whenever you like.

Entry

The room

$500per month

Group. One call a week.

A group of finance leaders, one live call a week.

  • One live build call a week
  • Build alongside the room
  • Recordings, templates and the files
  • Bring your own problem
Register your seat

Less than one day of a Big Four consultant, who will not build anything.

Most popular

Pod of three

$4,200per month

Three seats. That is the whole pod.

Three finance chiefs. Nowhere to hide. Your own stack on the screen.

  • Only three of you, ever
  • Built on your company's data
  • Weekly build session
  • Between calls on message
  • Your own build backlog

Half what an FP&A analyst costs, and the analyst cannot build any of this.

One to one

Hayat in your pocket

$4,900per month

One diary. One of you.

Just you and me. Your company, your numbers, your week.

  • Private sessions, your cadence
  • I build in your systems with you
  • Direct line between calls
  • Board and investor prep included
  • Twenty years of C-suite on tap
Book a call with Hayat

A finance director hire is four times this, takes three months, and cannot build it either.

Build something live in session one, or the month is free. Not a refund form. You tell me it did not happen and I do not invoice you.

Short answers.

I am starting from nothing. Is that a problem?

No. Half the room has never written a prompt. The other half bought tools nobody uses. Both start the same week.

What if the first session is a waste of time?

Then you do not pay for that month. Build something live in session one or the month is free. I have never had to honour it, and I would rather keep it that way.

Our data is sensitive. How does that work?

It stays in your systems. We build inside your tenancy, your accounts, your controls. Nothing gets copied out to a tool of mine, and nothing goes near a public model without you deciding it can.

Is this a course?

No. There is no syllabus and no video library. You bring a real job and we build it.

Do I need to code?

No. Most of what we build you drive from a spreadsheet or a chat window.

Whose tools do we use?

Yours. Everything we build lives in your stack and stays there when you stop.

How long do people stay?

Month to month. Most people have something running in the first three weeks.
