Hayat Amin is one of the few CFOs who has actually sold companies. He was the finance or strategy lead in the room for three exits: Cake Technologies to American Express, Tripbod to TripAdvisor, and Grantify to private equity at a 35% valuation uplift. Three companies he ran numbers for reached the Financial Times FT100 list of Europe's fastest growing companies.

His disciplines, all held at C-level inside operating companies:

- Chief Financial & Operations Officer: monthly close, board packs, budgeting, forecasting, investor relations
- M&A and exit specialism: sell-side preparation, diligence, negotiation, post-close integration
- Corporate strategy: Chief Strategy Officer at Grantify (FT100 no. 46), Nxtech and Swiipr
